This Weekend

While I take a long four day weekend y'all will be hard at work entertaining customers. I don't have much to say this week accept that I hope everyone has a successful and profitable Labor Day weekend.

The Change Center

Last week my Dad and I took a trip to the Bristol Motor Speedway to watch a NASCAR race. On the way we took the opportunity to visit a few rinks. One of those rinks we visited was The Change Center in Knoxville. The Change Center was initiated by Mayor Madeline Rogero to give kids who felt too old for after school care a place to relax, play, and learn important life skills. Lets Help Out New Rinks

Good morning everyone. It is a very clear sunny day here in Atlanta Georgia. So clear in fact that I can make out the Mercedes Benz Stadium from the office through the skinny trees that line the Southeastern Skate Supply property. I believe this is one of the last places that you can see the Atlanta skyline without being in a expensive condo or a large million dollar house. Hopefully developers stay away from Veterans Memorial Highway. Anyway, it got me thinking about how blessed I am to be apart of the roller skating community, and how I would like to help and support the next generation of rink owners. I don't mean by selling them our skates, although that would be nice, but by giving them tools to run a successful business. Now I know what you're thinking.
